Onboarding Terms & Conditions
By submitting the Service Owl onboarding form, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Onboarding & Account Setup
Submission of the onboarding form indicates the Customer’s intention to begin the Service Owl onboarding process. Information provided by the Customer will be used by Service Owl to establish and configure the Customer’s account and prepare the Services for use.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and to cooperate with Service Owl as reasonably required during the onboarding process.
Completion of the onboarding form does not replace or constitute the formal Software Services Agreement between Service Owl and the Customer. Prior to ongoing use of the Services, the Customer will be required to review and sign Service Owl’s formal Software Services Agreement and any applicable service schedule, pricing schedule, or other applicable documentation.
2. Pricing & Fees
The pricing presented during onboarding reflects the current pricing available to the Customer at the time of signup and is subject to change.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the applicable subscription fees, onboarding fees, customization fees, and any other charges will be confirmed in the formal Software Services Agreement or applicable pricing schedule.
Service Owl reserves the right to modify its pricing, plans, features, services, or fees from time to time. Any applicable changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in accordance with the terms of the formal Software Services Agreement.
Any special, promotional, introductory, discounted, or customized pricing offered during onboarding applies only as specifically stated and does not create an ongoing entitlement to that pricing beyond the agreed period.
3. Onboarding Fees & Additional Work
Any applicable onboarding or setup fees will be communicated to the Customer before such fees are incurred.
Requests that require work beyond standard onboarding, including data imports, specialized configuration, custom development, integrations, or other customization, may be subject to additional fees. Where applicable, Service Owl will provide a quote or written confirmation before beginning such additional work.
4. Account Information & Customer Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Service Owl is accurate and that the Customer has the appropriate authority to provide any information, client information, candidate information, or other data submitted during onboarding.
The Customer is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of its account credentials and for ensuring that individuals given access to the Service Owl account are authorized to use the Services.
5. Customer Data & Privacy
The Customer retains ownership of information and data provided to Service Owl for the purpose of providing the Services.
Service Owl will handle Customer Data in accordance with the applicable formal Software Services Agreement and Service Owl’s privacy practices.
The Customer acknowledges that Service Owl may require access to Customer Data and other information in order to configure, support, maintain, and provide the Services.
6. Service Owl Software & Intellectual Property
All Service Owl software, systems, technology, functionality, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the property of Service Owl or its applicable licensors.
The Customer does not acquire ownership of the Service Owl platform or its underlying technology by completing the onboarding process or by using the Services.
Any rights to access and use the Service Owl platform will be governed by the formal Software Services Agreement.
7. No Guarantee of Features or Availability
Service Owl is continually developing and improving its platform. Features, functionality, integrations, plans, and services may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued from time to time.
While Service Owl will make reasonable efforts to provide the Services as described, specific features discussed during onboarding are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in the formal Software Services Agreement or applicable documentation.
8. Formal Agreement
The Customer acknowledges that these Onboarding Terms & Conditions are intended to establish the terms applicable to the onboarding process only and are not a substitute for the formal Software Services Agreement.
In the event of any conflict between these Onboarding Terms & Conditions and a subsequently executed Software Services Agreement, the formal Software Services Agreement will govern.
The Customer’s continued use of the Service Owl platform following execution of the formal Software Services Agreement will be subject to the terms of that agreement.
9. Cancellation of Onboarding
Either party may discontinue the onboarding process prior to execution of the formal Software Services Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
Any fees already incurred or expressly agreed to as non-refundable will remain payable notwithstanding cancellation of the onboarding process.
